Sue, a repeat customer, came to Kirk Douglas Video with a large number of 35mm slides, photos and one reel of 8mm film. She was interested in being able to archive their memories and learn how to be able to index those memories so they could easily find individual items. Following a visit to discuss options and answer questions, Kirk started the archiving process. The result were high resolution image files, organized into folders to match the customer categories and placed on a flash drive. Once delivered, Sue and her family was ready to implement recommended software that would help the family use meta-data to locate their memories.
